Essex Stage is an independent website that has an extensive range of cinema listings and theatre listings for Essex, London, Surrey, Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Northants, Bedfordshire, Middlesex, Hertfordshire, Kent and Buckinghamshire – with East and West Sussex soon to be added.

Many of the listings are added by hand and checked for their accuracy. Indeed, many of the independent cinema listings are unavailable elsewhere. Focussing on Essex , the site also offers local amateur dramatic and stage and dance schools the opportunity to list their events and schools for the benefit of the local community.
